General Information

Tiger Kart Club operates and maintains two circuits. Club day racing is usually at one venue for one month, and then alternates with the other venue.

OPEN meetings are usually shared between both tracks throughout the season. For 2010, there will be a major emphasis on racing at the Cockburn circuit. This is part of our preparation program for the WA State Sprintkart Championships in October, and then the Easter National Championships in April 2011.

The Cockburn circuit has undergone a major redevelopment and refurbishment during 2009. This had been part of the club's Strategic and Business development plan. We were fortunate to secure a government grant which has assisted us greatly. A great deal of volunteer labour has gone into this project. Many members have given a great deal of their time and energy to this redevelopment and refurbishment program.

The Wanneroo circuit will go into a maintenance program for the next 18 months. Club day race meetings and Open (Invitational) meetings will continue to be held at the circuit for 2009 and 2010.

Firm leases have now been secured for both of these circuits.
